Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the Contiguous U.S. territory. You can expect to receive your products in approximately 2 - 5 business days after placing your online order, assuming no unexpected delays occur.

Please review your mailing address before submitting your order, Moonlight Handcrafted Candle and Soap Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address

If package is "return to sender' Moonlight Handcrafted Candle and Soap Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We will be happy to ship your package to a different address but we will ask you to cover the shipping fees.  

An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox after an order is successfully submitted. When your order ships, a notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.

We take special care in packaging your product to protect it during transit. During extreme hot or cold weather, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered product remains outside.
