Refund and Exchange Policy
Here at Moonlight Handcrafted Candle and Soap Co. we want you to be happy with your order and while we take extra careful steps to package your items carefully and adequately we cannot control how packages are handled while in transit.
Please read carefully the following policies.
Custom Order
Custom orders are final. Unfortunately we will not issue any refunds or exchanges on these items.
Exchanges Policy
We will gladly exchange your purchase if the wrong item was mailed by error. The product must be unused and in original package. You will need to contact us in the first 48 hours of having received your package. Please send us an email to contact@moonlighthandcraftedcandleandsoap.com for instructions on return of product.
If you ordered the wrong product and the item has already been shipped we cannot retrieve this any longer. You are welcomed to place a new order and return the incorrect item at buyer own expense. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will refund your purchase minus any shipping fees. Please send us an email to contact@moonlighthandcraftedcandleandsoap.com for instructions on return of product.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take pictures of the package and send us an email within 48 hours of having received package, email contact@moonlighthandcraftedcandleandsoap.com. We will review the images and submit a damage claim with the shipping company and work together on a resolution to your damage product.
IMPORTANT: If the product is used or you no longer want the item purchased we will not accept any exchanges, refunds or return.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately refunds are only approved on a case by case basis. Due to the nature of our product, we will not issue any refunds, exchanges or accept returns on items that are used.
